These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://repost.co.in (the “Site”) and the AI-powered chatbot products and related services offered by Repost (“Repost”, “we”, “us” or “our”) (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services. If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
2. Use of the Services
You agree not to:
- use the Services in violation of any law or third-party right;
- upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive or abusive;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or overload the Site, Services or related systems;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell or sublicense the Services except as we permit in writing;
- use the Services to send spam, malware or to impersonate any person or entity; or
- use outputs of the Services to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it, including any consents required from your end users.
4. AI-generated output
The Services use artificial intelligence to generate responses. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate, and similar inputs may produce similar output for different users. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it and should not treat it as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
5. Fees and payment
Some Services are paid. Prices, billing cycles and plan details are shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance, are non-refundable, and exclude applicable taxes. We may change prices with reasonable notice before your next billing period.
6. Intellectual property

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repost and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold Repost harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
